We have an amazing opportunity for a Betting Helpdesk to be based in Umhlanga, Durban. Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?

You Bring:

• Basic knowledge of Horseracing
• Basic computer skills

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

• Prepare fields for current/next day.
• Prepare racing schedule in advance
• Process late cancellation requests.
• Confirm bets.
• Handle queries from all branches and the helpline.
• Laying bets for VIP Clients.
• Assist early morning Oddsmaker with live betting and pricing up of UK racing.
• Manual spreadsheet kept up to date and sent to audits each day.

• Strong verbal and written skills
• Follow process in order to ensure high quality output
• Approaches own work with dedication and high sense of responsibility
• Consistently delivers required business results and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail
• Good communication skills
