Small Parcel Processor (CSD 1st Shift)

We are looking for an Enthusiast  1st shift Small Parcel Processor. The Small Parcel Processor receives, verifies, and stores inbound small parcel packages. Starting pay is $17.49 with progression increases. 

Summary of Job Duties:

• Understand and perform all outbound order processing transactions utilizing an ERP system or similar experience with Syteline or WMS. 
• Audit all shipments processed for accuracy, and destination.
• Adhere to 6s initiatives, and actively participate in refining and realizing new ones.
• Ensure shipments meet or exceed Holley's standard to provide the best customer experience. 

Job Skills and Knowledge:

• Must be willing and able to work in a highly team-oriented environment.
• Must possess basic computer and Windows literacy.
• Must be able to maintain a daily plan of action for improvement.
• Must be able to communicate efficiently and effectively with leadership and receiving clerks.

Work Experience:

• Experience with RF technology is preferred.
• Experience with receiving processes is a benefit.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs as necessary
• Must be able to work overtime; including weekends.
