About this role
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Design and manage high-impact multi-channel weekly promotional assets and complex layouts under tight deadlines with total accuracy
- Develop and execute cohesive visual identities for seasonal, brand, and in-store promotional events by designing high-impact posters and multi-channel assets across print, digital, and retail displays
- Design and manage comprehensive in-store visuals—including wall graphics, wayfinding signage, banners, and POP—while overseeing VMD layouts and production coordination
- Lead end-to-end private brand packaging projects, from concept development and custom illustrations to creating final print-ready artwork across diverse product lines
- Transform marketing ideas into engaging visual assets like social media, digital and/or video design
Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in packaging, typography, editorial/layout design, and large-format graphics
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong attention to detail with a high standard for accuracy (especially pricing and product information)
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with internal teams and external vendors
- Ability to work methodically, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines
- Bilingual in Korean and English preferred

Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Salary Range: $58,700 - $88,300
*Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors.
