About this role
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Identify, source, and onboard new products and suppliers to expand product offerings and maintain market competitiveness
- Own supplier relationships end-to-end, negotiating pricing, contract terms, promotional support, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), and lead times to ensure high quality and cost efficiency
- Regularly evaluate vendor performance and build long-term, mutually beneficial supplier partnerships
- Item setup, cataloging, promotional planning, performance monitoring, and end-of-life decisions
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Fulfillment teams to design and execute impactful product launch plans
- Analyze category performance data—including sell-through rates, gross margins, in-stock rates, and customer feedback—and execute corrective actions for underperforming SKUs
- Forecast demand and design replenishment strategies to avoid stockouts while minimizing excess inventory
- Optimize inventory turnover and storage costs while maintaining product freshness, quality, and order accuracy
- Ensure accuracy in order quantities, pricing, and delivery schedules while adhering to budget constraints.
- Collaborate with logistics partners and internal operations teams to ensure timely deliveries, shipment tracking, and budget adherence
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align sourcing strategies with market demands and promotional activities
Qualifications/Skills:
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in buying, sourcing, e-commerce, or retail merchandising
- Strong understanding of strategic sourcing, vendor management, inventory management, and demand forecasting
- Demonstrated vendor negotiation experience and familiarity with e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems (IMS)
- Strong interest in retail trends and e-commerce innovation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Korean preferred

Work Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Mon - Fri
Salary Range: $73,550 - 118,600
