Job Summary:
The Dedicated Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service, and driving account growth. The role varies across levels based on experience and complexity of accounts managed. Each level reflects increased responsibility in client relationships, strategic planning, and account growth.
The Dedicated Account Manager II takes on more complex accounts and is expected to handle client relationships with greater autonomy. This role requires the ability to identify client needs, propose solutions, and manage projects to improve account performance.
Essential Duties:
- Provide on-site support to an assigned customer ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Develop strategic plans to grow the account and meet KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute client requirements and deliverables
- Monitor performance metrics and provide proactive solutions to meet client expectations
- Handle escalated issues and provide timely resolutions
- Generate and present reports on account health, growth, and performance
Education & Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in account management or a client-facing role
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer service, and account growth strategies
- Ability to handle client escalations and build long-term relationships
Work Environment/Schedule: This role will work on-site at our customers distribution center office. The shift will be either 6pm to 6am or 7pm to 7am working four (4) days and then off four (4) days.
