1. Consults with clients to fully understand desired service and final look requested; sets expectations for results and upkeep needed for particular treatments and styles.
2. Shampoos, conditions, and dries hair, and applies other products to hair to aid in straightening, curling, or styling.
3. Cuts, trims, and styles hair or hair pieces according to client’s wishes.
4. Waxes, bleaches, shapes, shaves, or trims facial hair.
5. Colors, highlights, or perms hair according to client’s wishes.
6. Schedules and performs manicures and pedicures.
7. Maintains clean, safe, and sanitized work areas.
8. Drafts and designs advertising strategies as needed or requested.
9. Creates and maintains service records for clients.
10. Manages payment reconciliation and reporting to the business office
11. Attends trainings as requested

More Specifically, In This Role We Request: This position requires some specific skills that we hope you can bring.

• Completion of cosmetology schooling and four years of related experience is required.
• Valid state Cosmetology License required for each procedure performed.
• Colorado Identification Card
• De-Escalation Training (preferred)
