This position is responsible for performing facility maintenance by repairing, maintaining and improving buildings and structures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Routine and emergent maintenance of all Hilltop facilities.
- Maintenance support of all programs including electrical repair (moving sockets/switches and trouble shooting, HVAC troubleshooting to the component level, advanced plumbing repair and maintenance (to include soldering), painting, and advanced repair or replacement of drywall.
- Removing and replacing floor coverings.
- Refurbishing apartments.
- Read and interpret facility blue prints, produce shop drawings.
- Repairing appliances (i.e., washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, and stoves).
- Overseeing and enforces facility safety.
- Assisting with apartment moves and heavy lifting.
- Assisting and overseeing the work of Maintenance Engineer I.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Available for on call rotation.

Two years of college or four years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Valid Colorado Driver’s License (required).
- Certification related to maintenance (HVAC, Engineers License, etc.) (preferred)

- The starting wage range for this role is $23.35 - $24.51 per hour.
