About the Role

As the Manager of Renewals Management, you will lead a team of Renewals Managers supporting SMB and Commercial customers across our India hub. You will be responsible for building a high-performing commercial renewals organization that delivers predictable retention, identifies growth opportunities, and provides accurate business forecasting. Through coaching, inspection, and operational excellence, you will develop your team while partnering cross-functionally to scale best practices and drive business outcomes.

\nResponsibilities
  • Lead and Develop the Team: Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Renewals Managers, creating a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance. 
  • Drive Commercial Performance: Own team performance against retention, forecast accuracy, productivity, and commercial success metrics while ensuring consistent execution across the renewal lifecycle.
  • Coach Through Inspection: Conduct regular forecast and deal reviews to improve commercial execution, negotiation effectiveness, and renewal predictability.
  • Build Operational Excellence: Drive CRM hygiene, forecasting discipline, process consistency, and adoption of renewal best practices to improve scalability and business performance.
  • Partner Across the Business: Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, and Enablement to deliver a seamless customer experience and identify opportunities to improve commercial outcomes.
  • Leverage Data to Improve Performance: Use portfolio analytics, renewal trends, and operational metrics to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Enable Customer Growth: Ensure the team consistently identifies and collaborates on expansion opportunities while delivering successful commercial renewal outcomes.
  • Lead Change and Continuous Improvement: Champion new processes, tools, AI capabilities, and enablement initiatives that improve team productivity and support the evolution of the Renewals organization.
Required Qualification
  • 8+ years of experience in Renewals, Account Management, Customer Success, or a related commercial role within a B2B SaaS environment, including experience leading high-performing teams. 
  • Proven success leading frontline commercial teams, with a strong track record of coaching individuals to consistently achieve retention and business performance goals.
  • Demonstrated experience building high-performing teams through coaching, inspection, accountability, and talent development.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, negotiations, and customer retention strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use business metrics and customer insights to improve team performance and operational efficiency.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across Customer Success, Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, and Enablement.
  • Deep understanding of CRM platforms such as Salesforce and experience driving operational excellence through process, data quality, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and collaborative environment.
  • A growth mindset with a passion for developing people, driving continuous improvement, and building scalable, high performing commercial teams.
