Job DetailsJob Location: ARLINGTON NORTH PLANT - ARLINGTON, AZ 85322Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $18.00Job Shift: AM SHIFTThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting both dry storage and/or refrigerated warehouse operations. This role may include managing inventory, receiving and storing raw materials, and loading/unloading finished products in a cooler environment. Responsibilities vary based on business needs and may involve working in dry storage, cold storage, or both. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in varying temperatures while following all GMP and SOP guidelines.
Responsibilities and Duties
Communicate with front office staff regarding incoming loads and material needs
Receive, verify, and accurately record all incoming and outgoing materials and products
Load and unload trailers, including inspecting trailers and verifying temperatures when required
Maintain accurate inventory through counts, cycle counts, and proper documentation
Follow First In, First Out (FIFO) procedures to ensure proper product rotation
Operate scanners and ERP systems (e.g., NAVISION) for product tracking and bin movements
Complete daily paperwork for inventory, loading, and unloading activities
Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and cooler environments
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
Follow all company GMP, SOP, and safety requirements
QualificationsRequirements and Skills
Ability to become pallet jack and forklift certified.
Basic math skills and ability to read and understand instructions.
Capable of standing and walking for up to 8 hours per shift or more.
Ability to lift and carry 30-50 lbs. throughout the shift.
Comfortable working in cold environments (40°F and below).
