Experienced Automotive Finance Managers – High Volume Dealership
Hyundai of Dundalk is seeking experienced Automotive Finance Managers to join our high-performing team.
We are a fast-paced, high-volume dealership currently delivering 250+ units monthly with a clear growth trajectory toward 300+ units and beyond.
This is an opportunity for a driven finance professional who thrives in a high-production environment and is committed to maximizing profitability, compliance, and customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Present and sell finance and protection products
- Structure and submit deals to lenders
- Maintain strong lender relationships
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership guidelines
- Deliver exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Automotive Finance Manager experience required (Minimum 2 year of finance)
- Proven track record in a high-volume dealership environment preferred
- Strong closing and compliance skills
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Professional communication and strong work ethic.
