Job Summary

Hershey Creamery Company is currently accepting resumes from persons interested in joining our cleaning and sanitation crew. This is a NON JANITORIAL POSITION.

Consistent Schedule - This position is 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to approximately 1:00am or completion.
Consistent Overtime Pay – Average 40-50 hours per week, with overtime after 40 hours.
Starting wage of $23.82 / hour ; increased to $24.42 after 60 days of positive performance -- $36.63/hour per OT Hour

Job Responsibilities

Maintaining sanitation of food processing equipment including CIP systems and hand cleaning.
Maintaining our highest quality of food safety standards, sanitation standards, and production requirements.
Must observe all safety procedures, Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Other responsibilities as they are assigned.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience with cleaning and sanitation of food processing equipment within the food and beverage industry preferred
Must be able to walk and/or stand the majority of the shift
Ability to lift 50-100 pounds
Must be able to pass all pre-employment drug screens and criminal background checks
