Summer 2027 Program Management Intern

Hendrickson is searching for a Program Management Intern for the Summer of 2027 at our Truck Divisional Headquarters in Woodridge, IL to join our Change Management team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Change Management and data analysis.

This individual will:

• Assist in collection and analysis of data to support material database as well as ERP and PLM systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to as needed to organize and set up data.
• Support the development and maintenance of databases and spreadsheets.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements and program management tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Enrolled student working towards a bachelor’s degree Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; experience with project management.
• Strong PC Skills (spreadsheets, database management, word processing) a must. Power BI experience a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and complete tasks within demanding time frames with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong numeric and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated with good project management, organization and planning skills.

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the salary range for this position is $20.00-23.00 per hour based on the student's grade classification. This pay range is provided to ensure transparency and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
