We're currently hiring full-time and part-time LPNs to provide private-duty skilled nursing care in the home. We offer flexible scheduling so you can find the work-life balance that fits your lifestyle while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

What You'll Do

As a Private Duty LPN, you'll provide individualized, skilled nursing care in a comfortable home setting. Responsibilities include:

Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
Monitor patient conditions and accurately document care provided.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), range of motion exercises (PROM), and safe lifting and transferring.
Provide care for patients using Trilogy ventilators, tracheostomies, and other skilled nursing equipment.
Communicate promptly with our scheduling team regarding patient needs and schedule updates.
Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families while helping them achieve the highest quality of life.

Qualifications
Current NC or Compact State nursing license
Familiarity with home skilled nursing needs
Experience with caring for patients on a ventilator, g-tube and tracheostomy and or be willing to train
Reliable transportation
