Qualifications for an Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in gutter installation or related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with strong team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of gutter installation techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to Pass a Background Check
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

What this position looks like for you:

  • Plan and execute daily work schedules, including assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to assess project requirements, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including materials used, labor hours, and any deviations from the original plan.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or logistical issues that may arise during the installation process.
  • Provide regular updates to management on project status, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
