📝 Your Core Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care and clinical assessments in a home setting
Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
Assist with complex Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and mobility support
Monitor health status, manage clinical paperwork, and provide medication reminders
Maintain clear, reliable communication with clients, families, and care coordinators
✔️ What We Are Looking For:
Active Massachusetts LPN License (Required)
A compassionate, professional, and dependable work ethic
Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or hospital environments is a plus
Strong clinical communication and teamwork skills
* Reliable transportation to attend shifts on time
