Position Summary
Harvest Advertising Inc is seeking a Promotions Assistant to support promotional campaigns, customer engagement activities, and brand awareness initiatives. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and are interested in gaining experience in marketing, promotions, and event support.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the execution of promotional campaigns and outreach initiatives.
- Represent client brands in a professional manner.
- Engage with customers and provide information about products, services, and promotions.
- Help prepare promotional displays, materials, and event resources.
- Support event setup, operation, and breakdown activities.
- Maintain accurate campaign records and documentation.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
- Perform additional marketing support tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, event, or promotional experience is helpful but not required.
