What You’ll Do
Lead & Execute: Plan, manage, and complete high-quality residential plumbing installations efficiently, safely, and on budget.
Guide Customers: Perform thorough site evaluations, map out clear action plans, and explain solutions to homeowners to ensure complete confidence and peace of mind.
Drive Excellence: Work closely with dispatchers, managers, and field staff to ensure a seamless, high-touch customer journey from start to finish.
Mentor & Maintain: Train and supervise apprentices on job sites to build strong future leads while keeping your assigned company vehicle, tools, and inventory in peak condition.
What You Bring
Active Plumbing License (Journeyman status or equivalent required by state/local guidelines).
Proven experience in residential plumbing installations and re-pipes.
Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and project planning capabilities.
Clear, professional communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
