We’re seeking a skilled HVAC Service Expert to diagnose, repair, and service HVAC systems while helping customers make confident buying decisions through our proven service process.
What You’ll Do
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
Complete whole-home system inspections
Present multi-option service proposals to customers
Follow up to ensure clarity and satisfaction
Collaborate with install coordinators, dispatch, and customer service
Maintain a clean, safe company vehicle and equipment
Meet and exceed sales, revenue, and service KPIs
Schedule & Pay
Full-time (7am–6pm, schedule varies)
$35–$40/hr + 2% commission on sales and service work
No weekend work

QualificationsWhat You’ll Bring
2+ years HVAC service experience
EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required; NATE preferred
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Strong sales and communication skills
