Express Service Advisor

We’re looking for an energetic Express Service Advisor who can keep things moving while making sure every customer feels taken care of. If you’re organized, friendly, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working with people—we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and get their service visit started
• Write up express maintenance and service needs
• Keep customers updated on timing and recommendations
• Work closely with technicians to keep vehicles moving
• Review maintenance needs and help customers understand their options
• Deliver a quick, easy, and positive customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Automotive or customer-service experience preferred
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking with customers
• Able to multitask and stay organized when things get busy
• Dependable, motivated, and ready to learn
• Someone who takes ownership and follows through
• A teammate who brings good energy to the drive

Work Schedule and Location: Full Time, minimum 40 hours per week. May include weekends, holidays, back-to-back shifts, early openings, and late closing. Schedule maintained and approved by Service Manager.
