About this role
- Close kitchen: clean, sanitize, sweep/mop, restock,
- Wash dishes, maintain cleanliness
- Prep basic ingredients and follow recipes
- Follow food safety and safety procedures
- Assist with end‑of‑day checks
Hours:
- Closing shift: approx. 5p–2am,
- Part‑time (X–Y hours/week)
Requirements
- Prior BOH/kitchen experience preferred but willing to train
- Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, team player
