Direct Support Professional

As a Direct Care Professional, you will support individuals in their homes by assisting with daily living activities, encouraging participation in social and recreational opportunities, and building meaningful relationships. Who We're Looking For

We're seeking compassionate, dependable individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. The ideal candidate:

• Has a genuine desire to support and empower individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Demonstrates professionalism, compassion, and strong communication skills.
• Is flexible, adaptable, and comfortable responding to the unique and changing needs of the individuals they support.
• Enjoys building positive relationships and helping others achieve greater independence and quality of life.
• Is at least 18 years of age.
• Possesses a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Can successfully pass a background check.

What You'll Do

As a Direct Care Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live meaningful, fulfilling lives by:

• Providing direct care and individualized support to people with developmental disabilities.
• Assisting with activities of daily living, including personal care and household tasks.
• Implementing individualized service plans and following established support protocols.
• Encouraging independence and helping individuals achieve their personal goals.
• Assisting with medication administration and maintaining accurate documentation as required.
• Promoting a safe, clean, and healthy living environment.
• Providing emotional support, companionship, and positive encouragement.
• Supporting participation in community, social, and recreational activities.

Flexible Scheduling Opportunities 

Whether you're looking for days, evenings, or overnight hours, we have shifts available to fit your schedule:

• 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

We offer opportunities seven days a week, making it easier to find a schedule that works for you.
