Join our team at Hampton Inn Boston-Natick as a Room Attendant, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Replenish linens, towels, and guest supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Ensure all rooms meet the hotel’s quality standards before guest check-in.
- Provide attentive, friendly service to guests when encountered.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of hotel housekeeping or custodial experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
