8am–4pm, Mon.–Fri. (additional evening & weekend work may also be required)
Starting Salary:
$15.00 per hour
Requirements (Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification):
- Must be a US citizen
- Must be registered to vote in Ohio
- Must not have been convicted of a felony
Job Summary:
The Hamilton County Board of Elections (BOE) anticipates a large voter turn out for the upcoming Elections. We will need additional support from temporary full-time employees to make it a successful election for the voters of Hamilton County.
Available temporary positions:
• Data Entry Clerk: Processes applications for ballots by mail. Processes state/candidate petitions.
• Mail Processing Clerk: Mail opening, sorting, and proofing absentee vote by mail requests.
• Early Vote Center Clerk: Process in person voters at the Early Vote Center.
