H2O Innovation provides public works management services & operations assistance for water & wastewater treatment plants to municipalities, government organizations, and businesses across North America. H2O is currently seeking a Plant Manager to join our team in Harrison County, MS.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily wastewater treatment plant operations and compliance
- Supervise and support plant operators and assigned personnel
- Monitor treatment processes and adjust as needed
- Review operational and laboratory data to maintain treatment performance
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and servicing of plant equipment
- Maintain accurate operational, compliance, and regulatory records
- Respond to alarms, equipment issues, and emergency situations
- Assist with inspections, audits, and regulatory requirements
- Train employees and enforce safety procedures and company standards
The Skills We Are Looking For
- Active Class IV Wastewater Operator License
- Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and regulations
- Experience with wastewater plant operations and supervision
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
The successful candidate will have to pass a background check which includes criminal background & motor vehicle report checks, as well as drug & alcohol screenings.
