Job Description
Senior Project Designer 1 sought by H2M Architects, Engineers, Land Surveying and Landscape Architecture d/b/a H2M Architects + Engineers in New York, NY.
Coordinate with staff architects, engineers and technicians on projects. Train and mentor staff designers and architectural interns. Manage workload scheduling, budget, and planning. Monitor project financials and execute percent’s and billing. Interview staff designer or intern architect candidates. Establish scope and conceptual designs with clients. Author technical sections of proposals. Create presentations for prospective clients. Development of construction documents.
Salary: $105,040.00 per annum.
Job requirements:
Master’s Degree in Urban Planning, or a closely related field. Requires 2 years of experience in the job offered or in Project Management/Design. Must have 2 years of work experience with/using the following (which may have been gained concurrently):
• Autodesk Revit,
• Autodesk AutoCAD,
• Photoshop,
• Indesign, and
• Sketchup
