- Full life-cycle recruiting process included sourcing, recruiting, evaluations of candidates, negotiating terms and rates, preparation submission documents, coordinating the interview process, and closing candidates
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates
- Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
- Follow up with candidates
