Tasks

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.


• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.


• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.


• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.


• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.


• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably within the automotive industry.


• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.


• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Lean.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
