About this role

About the role

Growth Signals is an AI-powered platform that accelerates time-to-insight, uncovers high-potential ideas, and converts them into business-ready strategies: all in one secure, enterprise-grade AI workspace. The platform enables Product Development, R&D, and Innovation teams to conduct research, develop and refine concepts, and manage their portfolios, transforming insights into strategic business value for our customers.

We're seeking a talented Product Designer to shape the end-to-end experience of our AI software platform as we create an entirely new category of enterprise software. You will work upstream with Product, Engineering, and customers to understand how different users work, translate those needs into intuitive end-to-end experiences, and help define how humans interact with AI throughout the platform.

We're a small, highly technical team where engineers build quickly and product thinking is distributed. We're looking for someone equally comfortable thinking abstractly about a user journey, getting hands-on with a prototype, putting it in front of users, and iterating based on what we learn.

What you'll do

  • Own product experience and UX from customer problems through design, validation, launch, and iteration. Help raise the design bar product-wide: consistency, quality, and getting design in at the start instead of after the fact.
  • Act as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) on projects when it makes sense, carrying them from concept through delivery
  • Translate user needs, archetypes, and workflows into intuitive end-to-end product experiences. Design AI-native interactions and workflows that make complex capabilities simple, useful, and trustworthy.
  • Conduct customer research and usability testing to understand user needs and validate design decisions.
  • Rapidly develop interactive prototypes using AI-first development platforms (such as Cursor or Lovable) to test experience concepts with users and iterate quickly before full implementation.
  • Establish reusable interaction patterns and design foundations that create a coherent experience across the platform.
  • Invest in foundations that make the whole team faster — our design system, Storybook, and shared patterns

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of product design / UX experience, preferably with B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly develop interactive prototypes using AI-first tools such as Cursor, Lovable, v0, or similar.
  • A designer with product thinking and enough engineering to ship your own feature - or the same mix in a different order.
  • Strong product thinking and ability to take ambiguous customer problems from discovery through shipped experience.
  • Demonstrated experience designing complex end-to-end workflows, not just individual features or screens.
  • Strong interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, and user research skills.
  • Experience designing AI, LLM, or agentic product experiences.
  • Experience working closely with engineers and designing within technical constraints.
  • Experience in fast-paced zero-to-one startups, preferably seed or Series A/B.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus points

  • Experience with R&D, Innovation, new product development, or strategy workflows.
  • Experience with management or technology consulting.
