Guest Service Agent - Full-Time and Part-Time

Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain is looking for Guest Service Agents who are enthusiastic about providing an exceptional guest experience.

Our team is a big reason guests return often and share memories of their spa experience with others.

What you will do:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
• Foster a relaxing and tranquil environment for guests
• Assist with guest reservations, modifications and cancellations on the phone and/or in person
• Be responsible for check-ins and daily transactions
• Engage guests; make a connection and anticipate guest’s needs
• Manage wait list and cancellations
• Serve prepared food and beverages at our bistro

Pay Rate:     $19.38 / hour

Requirements:

• Smart Serve Certification required (or willing to obtain)
• Customer Service Experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A professional and positive attitude
• Someone who enjoys people and interacting with the public
• Self motivated team player
• Ability to manage time efficiently
• Ability to perform basic computer skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and some lifting
• Flexibility to be able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to work 24 hours per week all year round (except 2-week vacation period).
