Our 3 operating businesses (The Plex Athletic Club, Sports, and The Penalty Box Bar and Grill) offers 240,000 square feet of entertainment space under one roof where you will find everything you need for fun, fitness, family activities, food & beverage, parties, and social events. Open 7-days a week, our facility offers an arcade of games, bocce ball, bouncy houses, wall climbing, cornhole, darts, pizza, sushi, tapas, a vast beer wall and so much more.
The Plex is seeking a reliable, hands-on Facilities & Maintenance Technician to help maintain our sports, fitness, entertainment, and event facility.
Responsibilities
· Perform routine facility inspections
· Complete preventive maintenance and minor repairs
· Address basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting needs
· Assist with event setup and breakdown
· Respond to maintenance requests and safety concerns
· Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
Qualifications
· Maintenance, construction, handyman, or related experience preferred
· Basic knowledge of building repairs and maintenance
· Comfortable using hand and power tools
· Strong attention to detail and safety
· Dependable with the ability to work independently
Physical Requirements
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical work throughout the day
Schedule Part-time hours. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required based on facility and event schedules.
