Pay, Schedule & Location
- Salary: $54,000-$64,000 annually
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Location: Oversight of six Adult Day Services sites throughout Franklin County
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop teams providing high-quality, person-centered services
- Foster a positive culture focused on engagement, growth, and accountability
- Use data and operational insights to improve performance and outcomes
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across multiple sites
- Build strong relationships with individuals served, families, staff, and community partners
- Manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, and resources to achieve operational goals

Qualifications
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience, preferably supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
- Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of personal auto insurance
- Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications and training
