🌟 What You'll Do
As a Sales Advisor, you'll help customers keep their cars looking their best while introducing them to membership options that fit their needs.
Every shift, you'll:
- 👋 Welcome customers with great energy
- 🚘 Recommend the best wash and membership options
- 💰 Earn uncapped commission by helping customers sign up for memberships
- 🚗 Safely guide vehicles into the wash
- 🧼 Help customers with our self-serve vacuum area
- ✨ Keep the site clean, organized, and ready for every customer
💯 You'll Be a Great Fit If You...

Sales or customer service experience is awesome—but not required. We'll teach you everything you need to know.
✅ Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Comfortable working outdoors and staying active throughout your shift
💸 Pay & Perks
Typical earnings: Around $13/hour
That includes:
- 💵 $11/hour base pay
- 💰 Average of $2/hour in uncapped commissions from membership sales
