Job Role: Implement staff development and engagement activities for Container Business

Background:

• Elevate the Fun Factor: Collaborate with a dynamic team from various departments to create unforgettable experiences.
• Health and Sustainability Initiatives: Plan and execute exciting health and sustainability activities, helping build a greener and healthier workplace.
• HR Enthusiast: Drive HR campaigns at Container Business and coordinate training sessions with PSA University to empower our team for success.
• Unleash Creativity: Support internal communication with visually stunning collateral and innovative digital media strategies.
• Logistics Management: Ensure we're always well-stocked for events and coordinate with external vendors.
• Sourcing Expert: Find the best suppliers in line with our procurement policy, providing valuable insights and sound recommendations for purchases.

Objectives: Promoting and implementing engagement activities within Container Business to serve various strategic objectives, contributing to both employee satisfaction and overall organisational success
 
Requirements:
• Proficient in Canva, Microsoft Office 365 Applications and preferably in writing skills
• Creativity and innovation
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for employee engagement and wellness
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Positive attitude and a knack for challenges
