Inventory Planner
About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels, plan replenishment, and minimize obsolete stock
- Work closely with engineering and procurement teams to ensure timely supply and reduce stockouts
- Raise and oversee Purchase Requisitions (PR), monitor orders and work with the warehouse team to optimize storage and allocation
- Maintain inventory records and analyze data trends for better planning
- Support improvements in inventory control and supply chain processes
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline; background or experience in logistics, supply chain, engineering is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization using Excel and Power BI, or similar tools
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Maximo or Oracle will be an added advantage
- Good communication to engage with internal customers and cross-department teams
