Associate - Racing and Data Administration - RDC/Vision

Role Overview:

This position is responsible for supporting the data management process with high accuracy and handling global teams while meeting operational requirements. This role is a key member of the operations team.

What You'll Do:

• Will be only handling either vision control, Price Manager or the Global Tote.
• Compulsory checks on all the closed & resulted races on Price Manager for that particular day and the day before.
• Check all slack and relay the update to the team or reply to the inquiries when there it is related to RDC vision control operations.
• Check RDC generic email for updates to keep the team updated. In case of any inquiry inform the team lead or lead associates to look into it.
• Handle manual meeting (scratches, closing and resulting).
• Tote operations.
• Ability to work on 24/7 roster on a rotational basis (overnight shifts included.
  
  

What we're looking for:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer Literacy.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work on a shift/roster basis.
• G.C.E Ordinary Level/ Advanced Level.
• 1-2 years’ work experience, minimum.
• Degrees within the areas of management and IT will be an added advantage.
• Experience in the BPO/KPO industry will be an added advantage.
