Ready to run your own show? A well-established, family-owned Dunkin' franchise group across Chicago's South Suburbs is opening new stores — and looking for a General Manager ready to lead the charge at their high-volume Tinley Park location.
This isn't a seat-warmer role. This ownership group is actively growing, and they build their next wave of multi-unit leaders from inside — starting with GMs who show up and deliver. No corporate red tape. Just a fast-moving, hands-on operation where good work gets noticed.

Own full P&L responsibility for daily restaurant operations
Lead, train, and develop a crew of 15–17 team members
Drive consistent execution on speed of service, food safety, and guest experience during high-volume dayparts
Manage scheduling, labor cost, inventory, and ordering
Build and maintain a stable, long-tenured team through strong hands-on leadership
Uphold brand standards across a high-traffic, high-volume location
Step into a larger leadership role as the group opens additional locations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in quick-service restaurants (QSR), preferably coffee/beverage-driven concepts
Proven ability to run a high-volume location with consistency
Strong people-leadership skills — able to build and retain a stable crew
Comfortable with full operational accountability: P&L, labor, inventory, and guest experience
Reliable, hands-on leadership style that fits a fast-moving, owner-operated environment
WHY THIS ROLE
Competitive salary: $60,000–$65,000 plus bonus
Top-tier benefits package
Ground-floor growth opportunity — a direct path from GM to multi-unit leadership as new stores open
