  • Own end-to-end delivery, including performance monitoring, observability, and proactive incident management in production environments.
  • Provide technical guidance and foster best practices within the Datastore, Messaging, and Reliability domain through knowledge sharing and peer reviews.
  • Lead the operational excellence, scaling, and continuous improvement of PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, and Elasticsearch systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and strong reliability practices.

  • Experience solving large-scale problems for millions of users through scalable and reliable systems.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in database administration, with deep expertise in PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, and Elasticsearch.

  • Experience working within large and complex technical ecosystems, with strong database management and data streaming expertise.
  • Ability to navigate technical and organizational dependencies, balancing trade-offs with partner teams and aligning technical strategy with business priorities.
  • Solid understanding of monitoring, observability, and incident management practices in production environments.
  • Nice to have: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, particularly using StatefulSets for stateful workloads.
