We are seeking an experienced Used Car Technician to join our fast-paced, high-volume shop at Germain Hyundai. If you take pride in quality work, thrive in a production-driven environment, and want consistent work with strong earning potential, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and diagnostics on used vehicle inventory
- Complete reconditioning, maintenance, and repair work to dealership standards
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, suspension, brake, steering, and drivability concerns
- Perform manufacturer-recommended maintenance services
- Identify and communicate additional repair recommendations
- Maintain accurate repair documentation and inspection reports
- Ensure all vehicles meet safety, quality, and dealership standards prior to sale

Qualifications
- Automotive technician experience required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a production-focused environment
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
- ASE certifications preferred but not required
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a shop environment throughout the day
- Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to quality workmanship
