Job Summary:

Georgica Auto Holdings is seeking a diligent and organized Lot Attendant to manage the organization, appearance, and movement of vehicles on our dealership lot. This role is crucial in maintaining a professional and customer-ready environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring proper placement and organization on the lot.
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all vehicles on the lot, including washing, vacuuming, and detailing as needed.
Assist with the delivery and pick-up of vehicles for service, sales, or inter-dealership transfers.
Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks such as tire pressure and fluid levels.
Install license plates and temporary tags on vehicles as required.
Relocate vehicles as requested by sales or service departments.
Ensure the lot remains tidy, free of debris, and accessible for customers and staff.
Assist with snow removal and other lot maintenance duties during inclement weather.
* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications:**

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
Previous experience in a similar role within an automotive dealership is a plus, but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
