The Role
You'll be the heart of this new campus — coaching teachers, building family relationships, and creating an environment where children and staff alike feel they truly belong. This is a full-time position starting at $70,000+, based on experience.
You're a Great Fit If You Have
- A Bachelor's degree in ECE or a related field
- 5+ years of early childhood leadership experience
- Experience leading a school of 150–200+ children, ages 6 weeks to 5 years
- Strong knowledge of MSDE regulations and NAEYC standards
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of early childhood educators
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children
- Maintain compliance with MSDE Office of Child Care regulations and NAEYC standards
- Foster strong, positive relationships with families, staff, and the broader community
- Support enrollment growth and promote your campus within the community
- Manage campus operations, staffing, and budgeting with confidence and care
