A leading integrated pilgrimage services provider is seeking an experienced Account Manager – Hajj & Umrah to drive commercial growth and manage end-to-end client relationships within the Hajj & Umrah sector. The role focuses on developing strong agent partnerships, delivering seamless pilgrimage solutions, and ensuring high-quality execution across transport, hospitality, VIP, and related services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Hajj & Umrah sales portfolio through local and international agents, handling inquiries, quotations, and business conversion within approved commercial guidelines.
  • Coordinate end-to-end client requirements across transport, accommodation interfaces, ground services, VIP arrangements, and pilgrimage support services.
  • Ensure seamless service delivery, strong commercial control, and high customer satisfaction in line with organizational standards and KSA regulations.
  • Manage account files, service schedules, rooming lists, amendments, confirmations, and full trip closure documentation.
  • Lead and support account coordinators to ensure timely response, pipeline management, and service execution.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and related service entities to deliver integrated pilgrimage solutions.
  • Support seasonal planning, package profitability analysis, service improvements, and issue resolution with stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular reports covering sales performance, conversion rates, revenue, margins, forecasts, and service delivery status.
  • Escalate operational, contractual, compliance, or capacity risks when required.
  • Support VIP groups, special pilgrim movements, peak-season operations, and emergency coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Tourism, Hospitality, Logistics, or related field (Diploma with strong experience may be considered).
  • 6–8 years of relevant experience in Hajj & Umrah, tourism, or destination management services in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of pilgrimage operations, agent management, quotations, package building, transport & hospitality coordination, and VIP handling.
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems and MS Office.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and coordination skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and strong English communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure during peak seasons and extended operational hours when required.
