Entry-Level Outreach Representative

We're looking for an Entry-Level Outreach Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll connect with potential customers, introduce them to our products and services, answer questions, and help create new business opportunities.

No previous sales or outreach experience is required. We provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Reach out to potential customers through phone, email, social media, and other channels
• Introduce prospects to our company, products, and services
• Have friendly, professional conversations with prospective customers
• Identify customer needs and determine how we can help
• Schedule appointments or conversations for the next stage of the sales process
• Maintain accurate notes and follow up with prospects
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams
• Learn our outreach strategies, systems, and best practices
• Consistently work toward individual and team goals
