Service Lot Attendant Job Responsibilities

Perform check-in inspections of vehicles on the service drive and park them in designated areas

Pull vehicles up and deliver them to guests upon service completion

Provide high-quality customer service to all guests

Assist the Service team with other duties as needed

QualificationsService Lot Attendant Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Ability to work in various weather conditions and be on your feet for extended periods

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
