As a Service Concierge, you’ll be on the front lines of the customer experience—providing top‑notch service to our service guests and supporting our Service Advisors throughout the day in a state‑of‑the‑art facility.

Service Concierge Job Responsibilities

Greet and assist service customers with check-ins

Staging vehicles in the service repair area

Answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments

Assist the service advisors with booking repair orders, following up with customers, walking customers to their vehicles, and performing ancillary duties that come with service writing

Other duties that may arise in the service department

QualificationsService Concierge Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Driver’s License

Prior Customer Service Experience

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
