Salesperson Job Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist throughout the buying process
Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles
Present features, pricing, and purchase options
Build and maintain customer relationships
Follow up with leads and prospects
Conduct test drives and demonstrations
Complete documentation accurately

QualificationsSalesperson Qualifications
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Professional appearance and attitude
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
