Role Overview

The Sales Lot Attendant/Detailer is responsible for maintaining the dealership's vehicle inventory, supporting the sales team, and delivering a first-class presentation of every vehicle on the lot. Sales Lot Attendant / Detailer Job Responsibilities

Wash, clean, wax, and detail new and pre-owned vehicles.

Maintain the appearance and organization of the dealership lot.

Move and park vehicles safely throughout the dealership property.

Ensure all vehicles are properly fueled, charged, and ready for display or delivery.

Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and presentation standards.

Assist with vehicle merchandising and lot displays.

Prepare sold vehicles for customer deliveries.

Maintain detailing supplies and equipment.

Follow all dealership safety procedures and standards.

Support the sales and service departments as needed.

Sales Lot Attendant / Detailer Qualifications

Previous detailing, lot attendant, car wash, or automotive experience preferred but not required.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles preferred.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
