Mobile Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities
Perform on-site maintenance and minor repairs for fleet and commercial vehicles at customer locations
Conduct routine services including oil changes, filters, brakes, inspections, and preventative maintenance
Diagnose basic mechanical and electrical concerns using mobile diagnostic equipment
Complete work in accordance with Ford manufacturer standards and dealership procedures
Accurately document all services performed, inspections, and recommended repairs
Communicate clearly with service advisors, dispatch, and fleet customers regarding vehicle status and timelines
Ensure efficient service calls while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Maintain organization, cleanliness, and inventory of the mobile service vehicle

Pay Range: $28.00 to $34.00 an hour

QualificationsMobile Maintenance Technician Qualifications
Previous experience as an automotive or fleet maintenance technician preferred
Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance services and basic automotive repair
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical concerns
Diesel experience and fleet/commercial vehicle experience a plus
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a mobile service environment
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to accurately document services, inspections, and recommendations
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
