Express Technician Job Responsibilities

Perform fast, accurate oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections

Conduct basic maintenance services (fluid top-offs, filter replacements, battery checks, etc.)

Assist with tire repairs and light mechanical repairs as needed

Follow dealership and manufacturer procedures for all services

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with service advisors

QualificationsExpress Technician Qualifications

Previous experience as a lube tech, express tech, or automotive apprentice preferred (training available for the right candidate)

Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with automotive systems

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

ASE certifications are a plus (but not required)

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
