Bartender PART-TIME
Bartenders at the Gateway Clipper Fleet must have at least 2 years of experience. Extensive knowledge of a variety of drinks. Having an engaging personality is important as we strive to serve our guests with a positive experience at every visit to the bar.
Responsibilities
- Follow Bar opening and closing guidelines
- Maintain accurate cash drawer
- Recognize dangerous / problematic behavior and report it to a manager
- Follow RAMP protocols
- Always ensure cleanliness of bar area
- Provide guests with a positive and pleasant experience with every interaction
Job Requirements:
- Atleast 18 years old
- Lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Demonstrate extensive mixology knowledge and skills
- Follow manager instructions
- Must have experience with POS systems
- Organization and time management skills
- Communication skills- Team Player, Customer Oriented
- Sales skills- Upselling, suggestive selling
