📋 Master of Organization – Keep resident records in check, ensure rent is collected, and stay on top of invoices.
💬 Customer Service Champion – Resolve resident concerns, maintain strong communication, and make living in our communities a 5-star experience.
💡 Team Leader Extraordinaire – Train, mentor, and motivate your team to reach new heights.
💰 Financial Whiz – Manage budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and keep expenses in line.
⚖️ Rule Enforcer – Stay compliant with Fair Housing laws and industry regulations.
What We’re Looking For (AKA, Your Origin Story 🏆)
✔️ 3+ years of multi-family property management experience (supervision experience a must)
✔️ Strong leadership skills – you inspire and motivate!
✔️ A love for organization, problem-solving, and efficiency.
✔️ A working smartphone (because you’re always in the know 📱).
✔️ Reliable transportation (so you can save the day when needed 🚗💨).
